Pay a $5 bid fee (charged at the time of bid) to place a bid to win a new car.  Bid fees are pooled to cover the reserve for each car. The reserve is a non-disclosed amount that allows us to purchase the cars we give away. Once the reserve is met the person that placed the last bid wins the car. The winning bidder only pays $5 for each bid they place, they do not pay the actual amount of the winning bid.
